Patrick F. is the owner of Paddy’s Roofing, Siding, and Chimneys, a local, family-owned and operated exterior contracting company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Delaware and surrounding areas. With more than 30 years of experience in the roofing industry, Patrick brings decades of hands-on knowledge and practical expertise to every project.
Patrick has owned and operated Paddy’s since 2013, building the company around a simple philosophy: treat customers with honesty and respect, do the job right, and make sure homeowners understand what is happening with their property. Under his leadership, Paddy’s has grown while maintaining its local roots and commitment to customer satisfaction.
As a GAF Master Elite® contractor, Patrick has continued to maintain a high level of expertise in roofing installation and industry standards. His experience spans everything from roof repairs and maintenance to complete roof replacements, along with siding, chimney, gutter, soffit, fascia, and other exterior services offered by Paddy’s.
